With a 24-hour service, our family physicians provide patient-centred care for a range of acute, chronic, and preventive medical care services while providing patients with a patient-centred medical care.

Preventive care includes routine check-ups, health risk assessments and screening, immunization and personalized counseling on wellness, and maintenance of healthy lifestyle. Our team of family physicians also manages the following conditions while coordinating care provided by other specialists, in-between clinic days and until the specialists arrive in emergencies:

• Acute illnesses in children and adults
• Aging-related illnesses and conditions, such as arthritis, osteoporosis and dementia
• Gynecologic conditions and diseases, such as irregular periods, urinary tract infections and vaginal infections

We run a 24-hour service. Old and new patients are expected to visit our Records Dept for data capture/registration. This should be done 30 minutes before appointment time. Molly Specialist Hospital is accredited by the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria as a centre for tutelage of senior resident doctors in Family Medicine. Our medical staff gain experience in multiple care and fields of medical practice.

While emphasis is given to evidence-based medicine at the point of care, the hospital’s family medicine practice seeks to promote critical thinking and self-learning skills and the application of such skills in the care of the patient.
